Whether biorobots will become cleverer than the person?

Advance in robotization is connected with copying of a neural network of the person. Here it is already quite possible to speak about biorobots. Though, of course, and with essential reservations. They are connected with the fact that biorobots have programs too, independently they are not able to be reproduced with evolyutsionirovaniye degree. And will hardly be able once to overcome this serious barrier. Biorobots - only good assistants to the person. No more than that. They have no reason. Though they well copy the person, can replace completely him in any spheres. But to create the “electronic“ civilization which would force out the person it is from area of a fantasy.

Robots will never be able to become evolutionary more cleverly than the person. At any stage. Reasons? Without participation of the person process of creation of robots even at very high technological level (forces super - robots) will turn into usual copying. Even if the most exact. But it is impossible to develop further only on it. The machine civilization of robots (if to allow that in our reasonings) will stiffen in the development. And through unlimited time regress as robots are programmed for service of needs of the person, but not robots will begin!

There is a vicious circle. That to break off it, robots have to have intelligence higher, than the person has it. In other words, to have potential to think and to independently make the correct decisions. But on the basis of the logic, but not that that it is put at them in the program in the form of search of options. Disconnect any robot from the program - and it will at once turn into useless garbage. What then to speak about, having seen enough fantastic movies about empires of the robots which allegedly subdued mankind?
