“In Russia there is an official document - “Sanitarno - epidemiological rules and standards“ (SanPiN) where requirements for the maintenance of all pollutants in different types of products are specified. They are developed taking into account results of world researches and our features of food. Testing for compliance to the SanPiN is undergone by any product, and the got approval means that it is safe for an organism. Experts carry future and young mothers, children to special group of consumers. And for them there is a special category of products - “baby and dietary food“ to which strict requirements are imposed! Bioproducts (at us them call organic) belong to the category “children`s and dietary“. In it their advantage, but in category of baby food it is softened, without distinguishing with something organic products from series of “usual“.

Initial raw materials - a basis of bases

If you think that biocultivation means only refusal of chemistry, you are waited by opening. Everything is much more difficult and... more simply! It is considered that the biofarmer has to know what all others forgot long ago about. How to overcome wreckers by means of birds and useful insects (so in a biogarden there are nesting boxes - baits for the necessary versions and the meadows sowed by special herbs), and still winds (from competently located field will blow off them) as it is correct to make manure (one mistake in “recipe“ - weeds) how to protect cows from diseases (once the lechenny animal is right there discarded from a livestock “bio“) and so on indefinitely will begin to grow quicker. And modern science, you ask? Its help the biofarmer can accept unless in the form of carrying out tests for purity of the soil, air and water, the analysis of level of vitamins and other useful substances in blood milch a shelter. And still - in creation of special biomeans for pest control and other misfortunes. So the main ally of the bioproducer - experience of “century country wisdom“. Long lists of the substances and technologies forbidden to use are returned back by bioeconomy to sources. For example: the healthy soil yields not only a good harvest, but also immunity to plants for pest control. And for this purpose it is necessary to prepare at first it for crops, having allowed “to have a rest“ before it, that is having sowed correctly picked up previous culture - a clover.

Especially as, besides a vivifying respite, it still will saturate the earth with nutritious nitrogen, and natural. And the parts of a clover which remained in it will become excellent food for earthworms and other living creatures doing the soil fertile. Through joint efforts they make small the remains of the previous crops, mix them with manure and the earth and loosen it: fertile humus turns out. The live earth - one more care of the ecofarmer. In a handful of the healthy soil of microbes will be more, than people on Earth. But for their reproduction it is necessary to pick up competently fertilizer, and natural. It is necessary biocattle breeders not easier. Their motto: space, food, leaving. Rules order busy conditions of keeping of animals: it is no more than certain quantity on square meter (otherwise the farm loses the status “bio“) to protect them from a stress; then in a shed - without leash; any artificial insemination; after the birth calfs remain with a telka of 8 more long months during which they cannot be milked. Directives paint all process of cultivation - from the birth to a face, without ignoring composition of paint which covered cowshed walls, especially a forage which is received by animals (it is desirable, made in the same economy), properties podkormok for them. The biofarmer has to solve the arising problems “in the old manner“ too. If fungal diseases in the field developed whether you should not “lift“ it above, there, where the level of humidity will be lower? The corn harvest decreased - whether it is time “to place“ culture - the assistant, for example peas?

Checks on compliance to requirements of the main law - “Regulations on organic cultivation“ - are carried out at least 1 time a year according to the plan plus surely by a surprise. And it only beginning. Each European biofarmer receives still inspections of national authorities and checking, sent by the customer of bioproduction. Further each level of controllers has the controllers, and on their questions the biofarmer has to have the answer too!

of Idea of adults of quality of food depend on the experience got in the childhood. It is important to kids to know that taste of bioproducts is surprisingly various.

Here, for example, what procedure each producer wishing to receive marking from the German state - the sign Bio - Siegel guaranteeing an environmentally friendly origin of production has to undergo. Irrespective of results of checks of controllers of the EU he has to prove anew compliance of the economy to all requirements. And having got approval at the next local level and the certificate, he receives one more inspecting body and the whole chain of checks. It anew covers all stages of cultivation or production, including packing and marking. For example, those who does biobread should show also a farm where grain, both a mill, and a bakery grows.

A what in exchange, you ask, is received by the bioproducer which sustained fight with natural misfortunes and squall of checks? Subsidies from the state. And the main thing - confidence in necessity of serious work which he does. The biosphere is too difficult for casual people!
