Holidays to the workers who adopted the child of

Article 1. to Make change to article 168 of the Code of laws on work of the Russian Federation (Sheets of the Supreme Council of RSFSR, 1971, N 50, Art. 1007; 1982, N 47, Art. 1725; Sheets of Congress of People`s Deputies of the Russian Federation and Supreme Council of the Russian Federation, 1992, N 41, Art. 2254; Russian Federation Code, 1995, N 35, Art. 3504; 1999, N 18, Art. 2210), having stated it in the following edition:

Article 168. Holidays the workers who adopted the child

to the Workers who adopted the child are granted leave for the period from the date of adoption and before the expiration of seventy calendar days since the birth of the adopted child, and at simultaneous adoption of two and more children - hundred ten calendar days from the date of their birth.

at the request of the workers who adopted child(children) it grants a child care leave before achievement to them (them) age of three years.

the specified leaves are granted by

in case of adoption of child(children) by both spouses to one of spouses at their discretion.

to the Women who adopted the child at will instead of the holiday specified in part one of the present article is granted a maternity leave for the period from the date of adoption of the child and before the expiration of seventy calendar days, and at simultaneous adoption of two and more children - hundred ten calendar days from the date of their birth.

the Order of providing the specified holidays providing preservation of secret of adoption is defined by the Government of the Russian Federation“.

Article 2. to the Government of the Russian Federation to bring the regulations into accord with the present Federal law.

Article 3. the Present Federal law comes into force from the date of its official publication.
