Rule 2. You hold these games systematically. To sense there will be precisely more if you begin to organize them during ten - fifteen minutes every day, than on an hour, but an once a week.
Rule 3. To begin to play it is necessary in good mood and to try to support the raised emotional background during all game occupation. In case the child loses, wrap up everything for fun or help it to recoup. Take care of that your occupations did not become additional blow to a self-assessment of your son or the daughter.

In this game the child revolves. Speed with which it does it depends on what signal will be given by the adult (or other driving). If the adult raises a hand up, the child runs as soon as possible if he puts hands on a breast - the kid revolves rather rhythmically and if driving lowers hands down, then the player goes very slowly, as if slowly walking. In case the child does not manage to reconstruct the actions according to a signal, he receives a penal point. Gathered three penal points it is considered the loser.

For increase of interest of the child it is necessary to provide it feeling of equality in game. Therefore it will be quite good if you sometimes are too lazy and you will allow it to win.
It is national game - competition which is interesting also to modern children. Take a long rope (is not shorter than five meters) and note its middle in knot. Get up with the child at the different ends of a rope and tie them around a belt. Into the account “time, two, three“ begin to turn on the place, winding thus themselves with a rope. At some moment you will meet. Pay attention who on a belt will have a small knot - means, this player wound around himself more than a half of a rope. It is also considered won.
Note. Perhaps, it will be more interesting to your child to compete in this game not with you, and with other children. If you have such opportunity, then help them to organize “obmotalochka“ as competition in children`s group. By the way, this game has also other options. It is possible to reel up a rope not around a belt, and on a hand wrist (only the rope has to be not too thick). Still it is possible to reel up a very narrow band (or a lace) on two pencils, previously having fixed on them the ends.
In this game one player (child) will be a mirror, that is will repeat all movements standing opposite to the adult. Driving does the most various movements, accelerating, slowing down speed. The child repeats them in accuracy, with the same speed.
Note. As it is known to any parent, children very much like to imitate the movements of adults, often imitate their mimicry, gait, actions. In this game we can use their thirst for imitation, having made it useful to development of speed of movements and attention of the child. “The forbidden movement“ on previous, but in it there is essentially new rule. At first the adult and the child agree about what movement will be forbidden. Then game begins, and the child repeats after the adult all movements, except one. As soon as he sees that the adult made the forbidden movement, at all he does not repeat it, and once claps. If the player gets“ (that is will make the forbidden movement) three times, then he is considered a loser, and game can be begun anew.
Note. This game develops at children not only attention, speed of reaction, but also internal braking.
