Far better in advance known actions repeated day by day … This phenomenon is called inertness of mentality. For this reason many undertakings which we very vigorously start so quickly die away.
For example, you decided to begin new life from tomorrow: to go to the gym of times 5 in a week, to properly eat, leave off smoking and take alcohol, to read books etc. Undertakings are all excellent, but a question in that how many such “new life“ will proceed? Well day 3 - 4, the most resistant one or two weeks will hold on … And all why? Because our head tries to return you back, to the settled orders.
So, the first - any habit we enter a conclusion in the small portions , slowly. It is not recommended to change cardinally at once the life, entering two and more habits, these changes will not have long character. Our purpose - introduction of habits for the rest of life.
Probably, many of you remember from the school program Pavlov`s experiences over dogs (we do not speak about humanity … now). If someone forgot, I will remind: Pavlov made experiments in which he placed a dog in the cell where there were no irritants, except set of the Dog gave food and in parallel included a bulb. It proceeded a quantity of days. After this time just began to include a bulb what the dog answered with salivation (i.e. prepared for meal). Pavlov called this phenomenon a conditioned reflex.

So, a conclusion from Pavlov`s experiences: if to create a positive reinforcement of actions and to do a positive reinforcement during action or right after, this action at you will be associated with good emotions and you will easier enter it into the life .
How I imparted to myself love for sports and entered occupations into a habit? Never I was a sports person. In the childhood there were many diseases and doctors gave me release from physical culture. I had no concept of physical activity per se. Therefore when after the child`s birth I realized need to play sports, it was quite difficult to force itself, all movements were atypical for me and are heavy for performance.
I began to visit the gym at first 2 times a week. Was engaged for 40 minutes, without giving all the best completely, left the hall with consciousness that it would be possible to plow and plow still. Besides, right after occupation I drank tasty sweet proteinaceous drink. As I am a sweet tooth, this proteinaceous drink was for me a positive reinforcement. Thus, observing 2 major principles of introduction of habits, in 3 months I finished the number of trainings to 4 - x and now I give all the best completely. Recently found out such thing that I do not want to look for excuses from occupations at all, I with impatience and even an anticipation wait for these occupations.
How to find positive reinforcements which you could apply? Make to yourself the list of 10 - 20 pleasures. Choose from the list those which you could indulge yourself after certain actions that you strongly try to enter into the life. For example, you like massage. Do yourself massage after physical activity, and it is even better - you ask that darling or darling made. Pleasures can be any.
How to enter a new habit into the life:
1. You enter it slowly, without pressure, since the minimum efforts. Try not to enter more than 2 - x habits at the same time.
2. Use a positive reinforcement of the actions.
