How not to burn out at work?

the Term “syndrome of emotional burning out“ is familiar to much. In the world millions of people suffer from this frustration caused by excessive work. The syndrome of emotional burning out is called still an illness of the communicative and helping professions. There is sleeplessness, unpleasant feelings in heart, increase of pressure, an exacerbation of chronic diseases. It is connected with the fact that the mentality does not cope with overloads and the body reacts at the physiological level. Burning out is some kind of psychological protection. In such a way the mentality is protected from negative influences of world around.

Many researchers consider as the reason of emotional burning out a chronic stress and professional deformation. But some psychologists claim that violations in the sphere of values and meaning of life can be one more of the reasons. Many people at the head of everything put professional career, forgetting about other spheres of life. In aspiration to earn it is more to brag of the prestigious car or the new iPhone, people often lose health.

What to do for prevention of emotional burning out? First of all should understand that the vital purposes are not only career and professional success. It is necessary to distribute evenly time for work, active recreation, sports activities, travel, communication with a family and friends, hobbies and a hobby. If you noticed at yourself the listed above symptoms, it is necessary to pay attention to a daily routine, to allocate time for a full-fledged dream and rest.
