What limited the rights and freedoms of the whole people?

Where come to an end the truth national? As a rule, it comes to an end on a scaffold with rare exception as not regrettably to approve it, but the facts of historical reality are that. Thanks to work of sources of information and availability of different philosophical doctrines, we know today that any human society submits to public laws of the nature. Thanks to what any human formation (people) has the borders of the dwelling and the rule of conduct established by the nature.

published a peculiar pyramid of a social order where in four levels the hierarchical structure of management of society was designated In the textbook of history. On the top the tsar sat, is lower level - feudal lords (oligarchs), is even lower - officials, and on the bottom of a pyramid - the people. Such structure of a public order exists literally in all human formations (states) and will be coordinated with all philosophical doctrines describing natural laws.

The government institution shown in the form of a four-level pyramid as any operated system has bilateral communication from top to down in the form of different instructions. And from below up in the form of a prayer for the father of the tsar and general honoring. This bilateral communication is fixed by the contract between the top and lower levels submitted in the form of the decree on a succession to the throne in the monarchic state or the constitution affirming the rights and freedoms of citizens.

Any violation of this contract when the people begin to revolt and look for the truth, comes to an end in bloodshed where sacrificial blood of heroes of revolt zhupely rushes through all revolution and replaces the initial ideology uniting the created movement. When revolution comes to an end with a victory of a people at large, blood of the population which did not support popular uprising and when the imperial place - one, and - is a lot of applicants for it from among leaders of revolution continues to flow.

So, from history of the French revolution we know that her leaders literally killed each other and cut out almost completely the Province of Vendee (1793 - 1796) which did not accept revolutionary ideas of the won people. Whether received that the people, except the right to die for revolution, in this case are not estimated. In Russia also after a victory of the proletariat there were “behind-the-scenes“ games among leaders of revolution and the population which did not accept ideas of socialism was destroyed.

This suppression of antonovsky mutiny, places of compact accommodation of the Cossack troops, etc. From this it is possible to draw conclusions that any revolution leads to civil war when the won group of the people begins to work by the principle of the overthrown power (and they are not tsars) and tries to hold the influence in borders of all territory of the state. Though the certain territories submitting to the tsar-father had the basis “not to want“ the new power for any separate reasons.

In a revolutionary rush do not think of the rights of the population, and the paradox consists that these rights are violated first of all by revolutionaries, having rejected earlier existing state guarantees and having begun to destroy dissidents. Empires are created with blood and collapse in also bloody ways. The famous Russian philosopher I. A. Ilyin (1882 - 1954) said that any revolution leads the population to the worst living conditions, than it was before revolution. It is explainable economically when war leads to ruin.

In the history of the Russian revolutions there are two cases on which it is necessary to pay special attention. This rather bloodless speech of Decembrists (on December 14, 1825) when hung heads of plot, and performers was dispatched in penal companies and on penal servitude. Separate points it should be noted the position defining participation in December revolt of the prince Trubetskoy to which the part of “dictator“ was assigned and which did not leave to the risen troops which as a result of this step got beaten.

This act was not cowardice as it would be possible to count it. The prince Trubetskoy saved the state from civil war, knowing history of the French revolution by which example Decembrists were guided. Having a family tree of “Gediminovich“, he knew what can happen also to his own family. Murder of the fighting colleague Trubetskoy by the Decembrist Kakhovsky on war of 1812 served as an example of that. - the general Miloradovich who received a count title for the feats.

The second case is the streletsky revolt in the bodies created by Ivan the Terrible in 1550 armed with “fiery fight“ provoked by seigniorial party, remote from a throne, after death of the tsar Alexey Mikhaylovich. However the rebelled Sagittariuses carried the palace, killed “corrupt officials“ of boyars, but did not touch juvenile tsars (Petra and Ivan). Having splashed out destructive energy of revolt, Sagittariuses placed on Red Square a column with transfer of the offenses caused them by public services and, having received assurance about elimination of shortcomings, parted in places of the service.

This “a streletsky column“ - the sign, only in the history of Russia, when one of class parts of the lower level of a public pyramid could inform of the requirements top and fix them in this way. The power did not allow secondary similar performance of Sagittariuses which happened in a decade, Sagittariuses were forced to return on duty stations, instigators were executed, and the streletsky column was dug out and thrown out. We know it on a picture of the artist V. I. Surikov “Morning of streletsky execution“.

In conclusion it is possible to note such feature that the court simple people as historians note, received outside at the ruling prince or the boyar - so-called “ïðàâåæ“. For the first time the ordinary “ordinary“ person was noticed during government of Ivan the Terrible who stopped individual seigniorial court, having granted the right to the guilty lackey to appear before the court state.
