Life defines consciousness - says one of the directions of philosophy having a task understanding of life, creation and improvement of instruments of such understanding. It feelings of a family, property, the nation when interests of the people, such with what he understands them are replaced with interests of ruling estate. Against the available ideology based on the myth in which trust which rallies the society living under the law of large numbers (“majority“) where in lump separate human interests are dissolved.
And here the problem of the state has to consist not only in guaranteeing the rights and freedoms of the person, but also in minimizing adverse effects of the intervention in socially - economic processes. Non-performance of these conditions of relationship of the power with civil society can lead to narrowing of a range of the rights and freedoms of citizens. It results in totalitarianism or loss of stability, the conflicts and crisis (destruction of the state).
