Since 9th century tea began to spread out of borders of China. At first it got to Japan and Tibet where became cult drink, was used in ceremonial meditations. Ritual of a zavarivaniye of tea includes a set of conditions. It both special ware, and certain temperature, and water origin... Tea is not drunk on the run, enjoy it and listen to it as to the living being.

On one of versions, in Russia tea appeared in the 16th century thanks to Cossacks. Today the set of grades and types of tea is known. Depending on a way of fermentation there are teas: white, yellow, red, black. Each of them is in own way useful and tasty. There are teas which are available only to a small number of fans also today. For example, yellow tea. All process of a zavarivaniye is aimed at detection of natural aroma and taste of tea and receiving from rather small amount of dry tea of strong and dense infusion. For this purpose it is necessary to adhere to a number of rules:
