How to pass from words to business?

Somehow the famous lecturer on psychology and self-development M. J. Ryan was asked:

We often think ourselves professionals in serious reading and talk on vital changes, but in all that concerns real affairs, we no more than beginners. The Chinese proverb says: “Words you will not weld rice“. At our disposal there are all councils: how to fall in love how to execute the dreams how to spend more time with children how to learn to run business more orderly and to begin to be positive to people around. It is necessary to make it only.
From pages of books, magazines and the websites the huge number of information falls upon us. But, in - the first, this stream of councils on the fact that to do to us and as to achieve it, too big and multidirectional. Do we have to exclude forever carbohydrates from our food? Do we have to be engaged actively in private life, or it is more correct to be given on favor of loneliness, and then to be sorry about it? Whether we need to give constantly to ourselves verbal installation on success or to visualize pictures of the future that dreams came true? Million councils for an occasion of all on light - are no wonder that it is very easy to get confused in it.
In - the second, we often do not do distinctions between process of the reading and considering read with the subsequent action. It is very easy to mix intention and action. Very many put an equal-sign between talk and real actions.
As to pass from words to business? The secret is simple: since small changes, it is possible to execute conceived as a result.
You want to change work? Attend the corresponding seminar, read the book or talk to somebody. Then define the following step. You want to write the book? Write on a line in day. Otherwise these tasks will seem to you impracticable or too difficult ever to start them.

If we begin work on changes even if positive, our “emotional“ brain has sensation of fear. If sensation of fear is stronger, our brain answers with reaction “beat or run“ and we, thus, refuse that we tried to make. The equipment kaydzen does not cause negative brain reactions and finds the place to our actions within normal process of thinking where we can carry out creative work and feel pleasure.
The examples confirmed with scientific proofs are necessary? Researchers of University of Bristol divided 78 people into two groups. The first group asked to take 10 000 steps a day, and the second - 2500 steps. What of these two groups achieved the objectives more often? Of course, the second group which members took 2500 steps a day and they performed the task twice more often than members of the first group.
Breakdown of a difficult task for small steps allows to feel success which gives force for advance and is good means against unreasonable postponement of affairs “for later“. You do not need to do everything at once - only small part.
