Peak, Wilhelm . Was the first and only president of GDR (1949-1960) . Yanukovych, Victor Fedorovich . The president of Ukraine since 2010. On December 15, 1967 at the age of 17 years Victor Yanukovych was for the first time condemned for 3 years of imprisonment for participation in a robbery under article 141 of h. 2 UK USSR (robbery) as member of criminal group “Pivnovka“. Victor Yanukovych served sentence in a colony of Kremenchuk within 7 months and was ahead of schedule released according to the petition of administration for model behavior.
On June 8, 1970 Victor Yanukovych was repeatedly brought to trial for causing injuries of average weight according to Art. 102 of UK USSR (drawing injuries of average weight) and condemned for 2 years of imprisonment. But the pretrial investigation and consideration of the case in court lasted 9 months. According to one of “friends“ Yanukovych, Alexander Martinenko, during incident there was a girl whom Yanukovych as if protected from drunk courtings.
On December 27, 1978 both adjudications concerning Yanukovych were cancelled by the resolution of Presidium of the Donetsk regional court for lack of evidence. Circumstances of these affairs it is inconsistent are lit with a number of mass media. The famous opponent of V. F. Yanukovych is now brought up in prison for possible future political activity.
Ulyanov (Lenin), Vladimir Ilyich . Chairman of the board of National Commissioners of RSFSR (1917-1924). In 1895 Ulyanov was arrested for political reasons, over a year contained in prison and in 1897 is sent for 3 years to the Yenisei province.
