Usually we are concerned by a question: how to improve the memory? Especially it is actual for pupils who need to remember a large number of new information. But memory - the phenomenon interesting: if we have to remember a training material, then it troubles. And here we remember some events of our life for many years, and in any way to remove them from the head it is impossible.
It is good if it is pleasant events, but many remember bad things, and spend vital forces and energy for memoirs and experiences. It can affect future, makes some decisions of people on the basis of last experience.

Of course if the person endured a difficult mental trauma, then without the assistance of the expert not to manage. But it is necessary to cope with usual life situations most. Whether it is so good to have good memory? Yes, if it is used for the benefit.
