Similarity with Masonic organization in this case consisted that plant, for example, the person who was not the expert, but built in system of administrative organization could direct. The chief engineer, the chief accountant and the chief economist, appointment who it was coordinated with the higher organization or the branch ministry were experts. The director only closed this power triangle.

And, according to economic laws of Parkinson, to all the end once comes. Any organism passes four stages of the development. The beginning when the organism begins to be created. Euphoria stage when the greatest rise of production is reached. The Prosperity stage - during this period the enterprise reaches design capacity. And the Disorder stage when the organism begins to grow old.
Such end came also to “the management case“ together with the state planned economy in which it was implanted. The planned economy is predicted therefore reasonably it is always demanded.
The market economy provides other methods of management of production, than planned which however always has certain advantages before “the wild market“.
