In what force and weakness of psychology?

the Methods applied in psychology allow to correct successfully the negative moments in behavior model of the person. Now in practice of psychologists and psychotherapists such directions as an art - psychology, a Gestalt - psychology, a skazkoterapiya and many others were widely used.

By means of these and other techniques it is possible to reveal the hidden, subconscious motives of behavior of the person.

Sometimes for change of the behavior, reactions it is enough to realize what works installation. But most often it is followed by other necessary stages of work on itself, such as independent search of ways of impact on itself and regular practice.

Actually, not so - it is simple to understand that that it influences you. Why especially sharply you react to these or those circumstances? Ideal behavior model - lack of negative emotions on the events in life. Events need to be perceived “transparent consciousness“, without excess embellishments and undesirable experiences. The reasons of any reactions “are very deeply dug“. And to get them, the psychology helps to understand, realize.

Now the set of nuances and subtleties of mentality is investigated and summed up. The mankind learned to receive practical advantage from the knowledge.

The psychology studies the person and all that is formed by his personality. Influence on mentality of the person begins with a family. The relations between parents, feelings of parents, their requirements, the rule and behavior model which they imparted and are that first layer which needs to be removed. Further - society. Relations with peers, progress and failures, tragic situations. Besides, the psychology studies the man, the woman or the child as the personality many-sided, consisting of many “I“, helps to adjust internal harmony.

At the same time the psychology does not determine consistent patterns of life. There are no answers to questions: “Why to me it?“, “Why I on this earth?“, “Who I am?“ etc. There are some reasonings on this subject in philosophy, but the psychologist is interested in especially practical advantage, but not demagogy.

The answer to such questions is given by religions.

According to A. Sviyash (the book: “How to be when all not as there is a wish?“), “the majority of requirements which are imposed to behavior of the person in our world long ago and are well-known. They are fundamentals of almost all religions.

In Taoism it is directly said that our world is a Maya, illusion, and is not present need to do some efforts on achievement of success in it. Similar statements can be found in any other religion“.

In the Christian New Testament the precept speaks: “Do not collect to yourself treasures on the earth where mol and a rzha exterminate and where thieves undermine and steal...“

learns the Buddhism: “Have no desires - and there will be no sufferings to you“.

It is possible to understand canons of religions differently. I most of all like A. Sviyash`s interpretation in already mentioned book “How to Be when All not as There Is a Wish?“: “The fact that the person is in the conflict with world around is the main reason for bad realization of desires. And one of the most important conditions of receiving the help from representatives of the Highest forces is ability to accept world around such as it is, despite of its obvious, from our point of view, imperfection“.

In other words, the facts of life can be explained so: stop to worry - and then everything at you will turn out!

It is possible to believe in this truth, it is possible not to trust (everyone for himself chooses). However all events of life confirm it. It is easy to find proofs in practice. Remember when you managed to achieve very important, significant objectives? While you relaxed and agreed with absence of the desirable! That is you ceased to worry, and the desirable came. This fact is actively exaggerated in popular books. Authors try to investigate the mechanism of acquisition of a magic state: “I want it, I seek to reach, but my life is fine also without it“. It is guarantee of achievement of the happiness.

However it is easy to tell, and very not easy to make! How to cease to worry?

No psychologist will tell how to cease to worry concerning lack of normal living conditions. This knowledge lies out of its competence. At a certain stage of development the psychology comes to an end. And what`s next? the Person looks for ways. Any personality can aspire to the best. And he from all forces wants to cease to worry. He already tortured itself(himself), was tired of problems. But what to do, where to go where a way to disposal?

In my subjective opinion, it is the is best of all answers to these and similar questions are given in a zen - the Buddhism. Here popular wisdom which term is measured in the millennia is stated (the psychology as science appeared rather recently). Methods a zen - the Buddhism are reduced to meditation and relaxation. In turn, in Christianity prayers are used.

The prayer is a special state of mind, desire, at the same time humility and a consent. The prayer is and there is a meditation. By means of meditation and relaxation it is possible to reach a condition of “nirvana“ and “enlightenment“. Unlike psychology, a zen - the Buddhism gives universal techniques and an infinite resource which allow to overcome all experiences and difficulties of our transitory existence.

But to it it is necessary to study all life.
