How to make chicken for a holiday?

Fowl are long since eaten by the person. From chicken meat, for example, it is possible to make a set of various foods for every taste.

We will provide the recipe of a festive dish from chicken here. Such recipe will not prevent to have for emergency and at a suitable case to treat the family and friends.

For preparation of a dish from chicken weighing 1,5 kg it is required to you: 1 lemons, 2 oranges, 0,5 glasses of breadcrumbs, salt, pepper to taste. To prepare a garnish, it is necessary: on 5 pieces of prunes, dates and dried apricots, 3 tablespoons of raisin, 3 pieces of a dried fig, 2-3 apples, 2 oranges, 1 lemon, 1 banana, 250 g of granulated sugar, 300 ml of red wine.

This dish thanks to an appetizing chicken carcass and a garnish from the baked fruit looks really very elegant and festive.

It is better to start preparation of a garnish the day before. Wet a fig, prunes, dried apricots, dates, raisin in warm boiled water (also other combinations are possible). It is better to cut large fruits in half. Cut apples with a remote core on several parts, and the peeled banana - circles. Remove a dried peel from oranges and a lemon, chop pulp thin circles. The removed dried peel is useful too, crush it a knife.

In a baking dish beautifully lay around segments of apples and bananas, on them dried fruits and an even layer raisin. The top will be occupied by the circles of oranges and a lemon strewed with granulated sugar (4 tablespoons). After that pour in the wine mixed with a dried peel in a form and put fruit to be baked in an oven for 30 minutes at 220 . At desire dried fruits can be replaced with tinned apricots, plums, peaches and pineapples, previously having dried them. Pleasant taste and aroma will give to fruit the crushed nuts - almond or walnut.

After roasting of fruit take out a form with them from an oven, merge almost all liquid in separate ware, having left a little on a bottom. Just before giving of a ready festive dish from chicken on a table make caramel sauce. For this purpose pour the remained sugar into a stewpan and take on very small fire, constantly stirring slowly. When all sugar is kindled and will become golden, pour in a stewpan in 3-5 tablespoons of liquid from - under fruit. Carefully stir. Before giving on a table warm a garnish in an oven (on small fire) and water with caramel sauce. So, beautiful and very tasty garnish for festive chicken is ready.

Before warming a garnish, be engaged in the chicken. A bird wash up, cut off excess fat. Warm an oven to 200 . A grater remove a dried peel from one lemon and one orange, postpone it for a saucer. Remove a white layer from fruits and cut them pieces. Pour breadcrumbs into a bowl, put pieces of orange and a lemon. There wring out juice of the second orange, add a polished dried peel, mix. If mix turns out too dry, add couple of spoons of butter. Rub a carcass with salt and pepper, densely fill the prepared mix, put on a baking sheet and send to in advance warmed oven approximately to one hour

Lay ready chicken on a big dish, decorate with a garnish and give on a holiday table.
