What types of ownership of land exist in P / F.
In Russia exist several types of property.
1. State federal ownership.
2. State ownership of subjects of the federal contract (Moscow. St. Petersburg, autonomous republics, edges and areas).
3. Municipal or city property.
4. Private property.
Owners of land can be both legal entities, and physical, at the same time the form of possession or use of the earth is subdivided:
- ownership of land.
- lifelong inheritance, possession of the earth.
- unlimited (continuous) use of the earth.
- land lease.
- the right of an easement (for one), (for many - encumbrance).
Ownership of land.
of the Right of owners of land are the fullest in comparison with the rights arising in case of other forms of possession or use of the earth, and the number of restriction of the property right it is minimum.
Owners of the land plot have the right:
- to sell the land plot (entirely or partially according to requirements of RZK).
- to put the land plot (entirely or partially).
- to exchange the earth.
- to lease the land plot, to allow sublease.
- to present the land plot.
- to descend the land plot.

Encumbrance of the land plot grants the right to three persons to use part of its territory in the purposes determined by an encumbrance form (for pass, journey etc.) .

of Earth, being in the lifelong inherited possession allows to exercise all rights of the owner of land, except for the rights which realization leads to obtaining the monetary income without direct use of the land plot.

Earth which is in unlimited (continuous) use exercises all rights of the land owners having the earth in the lifelong inherited possession except for the right of transfer of the earth by inheritance. At the moment the right of unlimited (continuous) use of the earth is not made out also for natural persons.

both physical, and legal entities can Rent the earth. Land lease can be carried out only at owners. The right certifying document confirming a right of use of the tenant - the lease contract.

What is a land tax?
the Land tax is a type of the obligatory payment established by the state. It is raised only from owners of the land plot (the owners of land and owners of the land plots having lands in the lifelong inherited possession).
the Size of a land tax is established by legally fixed image and is defined by a base rate of a land tax.
the Base rate of a land tax is the price of unit of area of the land plot established for a certain estimated zone.
the Estimated zone - conditionally allocated territory of the earth of equal cost.
