What can be prepared from avocado?

There are several simple recipes with which I was acquainted here, and I already checked them in the family.
1. Avocado, tomatoes and greens salad.
Products: 2 ripe (but not really soft) an avocado fruit, 1 big tomato or two averages, a good bunch of greens - parsley or cilantro, is a little fennel, juice of one average lemon, salt to taste. Some for sharpness add a half of a head of onions, previously having cut it and having slightly kept waiting minutes 5 - 6.
To cut avocado lengthways in half and to remove a stone. To take out pulp carefully a spoon and to cut small pieces. To lay in a salad bowl. To add the tomatoes cut by pieces, greens and onions, to salt slightly. To water everything with lemon juice. Salad is ready.
2. Avocado, grapefruit and greens salad.
Products: 2 avocados, 2 grapefruits, 2 bunches of fresh greens of parsley or cilantro (to whom that is pleasant more), 1 teaspoon of sugar, on 1 tablespoon 7 - percentage vinegar and olive oil for sauce, salt and black ground pepper to taste.
To make sauce, having mixed sugar, vinegar and olive oil. Avocado to cut, remove a stone, to take out a spoon pulp and to cut it on small pieces. To put in a salad bowl. To clear and divide into segments grapefruit (it is possible to cut segments in half, if grapefruit very large) and also to lay in a salad bowl. From above to add small cut greens, to salt, pepper and fill in with the made sauce. It is very careful to mix and it is possible to give to a table.
3. Paste sandwiches from avocado and tomatoes.
Products: 4 chunks of white long loaf or white loaf, 1 fruit of avocado, 2 small tomatoes, juice of a half of a lemon, half-bunch of greens of fennel or parsley, salt, pepper to taste.

4. And, at last, dessert avocado and strawberry salad.
Products: 1 fruit of avocado, 10 large berries of strawberry, half-cups of grated walnuts, several leaves of green or cabbage lettuce, 4 teaspoons of honey, 1 h l. lemon juice, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar, 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
In a small bowl to mix honey, sugar, lemon juice, vinegar and olive oil is a sauce for filling.
