What is ISO?
Acquiring goods, on packing of goods we often see the mysterious inscription “ISO 9000“ and similar. What is behind this abbreviation?
In due time specialists of the International organization for standardization (International Organization for Standartization) developed family of the ISO 9000 standards which are at the moment the most popular at certification of systems of quality management. On the basis of these standards certification of the majority of the enterprises is made worldwide. In Russia own national state standard specification P ISO standard 9001 works, but national standards, on the other hand, not always admit other countries.
This system contains eight basic principles of quality management, here I also will tell about them in more detail.
Actually, these principles allow the management of the enterprise to introduce successfully at themselves quality management system which provides high quality of the product made by them.

Any enterprise irrespective of, it renders services or makes a product, satisfies certain needs of buyers. At the same time and the consumer depends in the inquiries on the supplier of goods or services. Therefore support of interrelation with the consumer is primary principle of SKM.
