Researchers on it did not calm down and still found the required facts demonstrating that the salary of the graduate of federal higher education institution or national research university, or a magistracy of technical college for the whole 15% is higher than salaries of the former students of the other higher schools. Whether will be mistake to put these researches in the basis of a solution of the problem of financing of higher education institutions? How it is possible to draw conclusions that higher education institutions well taught? Maybe just good entrants got to higher education institution prestigious already? In that case, whether the decision to allocate budgetary funds to federal and national research universities will be justified? According to reform of financing of the higher school the state has to encourage and support the best higher education institutions which gave the best indicators of quality of education of their graduates. The Russian model made attempt to adopt the German experience: the enterprise sponsors education of the student - future employee, but employers do not go on it. All it is based on high quality of secondary education which in our country does not want to lift this quality, and does not give in to any reforms.
